Platforms, APIs & content
As Ecommerce Manager, I served as the subject matter expert on ecommerce processes, including customer API and content feed monitoring. I managed backend ecommerce channels and monitored and optimized campaigns as part of daily operations.
Optimization & commercial planning
I executed testing and targeting initiatives aimed at increasing conversion and sales. I joined customer meetings to share optimization strategies and partnered with the Ecommerce Sales Director on fiscal-year marketing calendars across customers. I also worked with Marketing and Sales on ad placements for conversion.
Performance & customer support
I measured ecommerce performance on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis and handled complex customer support issues. Through campaign optimization and A/B testing, I increased conversion rates by 15%. Improvements to escalation processes reduced support ticket resolution time by 20%.
