My role in context
Wholesale & inventory coordination
As Operations Assistant, I processed daily wholesale orders through order management software and submitted pick tickets to the warehouse. I generated and distributed weekly available-to-sell inventory reports covering three warehouses and two showrooms.
Reporting & showroom communication
I pulled weekly order and inventory reports and presented them in Sales meetings. I maintained daily communication with showrooms in Los Angeles and New York and created linesheets to support the wholesale business.
Sample sales & customer service
I planned and implemented two sample sales. Those sales generated $100K+ in revenue and reduced excess inventory by 30%. I also handled customer calls, entered orders, and resolved issues with tact and diplomacy.
